It has just over 1/3 of an inch so it feels just like any normal magazine. Weighting 10.2 ounces, it is lighter than a paperback. Its most impressive feature is the Kindle Store, from where you can get any book in under 60 seconds, wirelessly. With integrated 3G Wireless, you can upload material or download it from your device easy and free. Its latest addition, the international coverage, allows you to take your Kindle anywhere and enjoy a good lecture.

The paper-like display makes it feel just like reading from real paper, even in bright sunlight. You can carry up to 1500 books and the battery life is just fantastic (3-4 days). The only drawback is the fact that it isn’t a real book or magazine. There are some of us that prefer the good old fashion paper. Amazon took care of all other drawbacks.
