The Acer Aspire 5738PG is a 15.6” laptop running on Windows Vista and offering great multi-touch support which lets you do just about anything with your touch – play videos, listen to music; browse the internet, zoom into photos and much more.
It has a fast Intel Core 2 Duo processor, a high performance ATI graphic card and Dolby audio making it a dream multimedia laptop. The best part is that despite such a rich configuration, it is reasonably priced at £700. The touch screen works like a charm, the CPU performance is decent and there are plenty of peripheral options available to go with the Acer Aspire 5738PG. The touch interface is very responsive and quiet easy to use – handy from a gaming perspective.
The downside to Acer Aspire 5738PG is that it has an average battery life. The handwriting feature is average and leaves a lot to be desired.
All in all, the Acer Aspire 5738 PG is a great package – rich features, multi-touch and good performance for all computing needs.
