Microsoft announced the updated version of the Xbox 360 console yesterday at the E3 Expo 2010, named Xbox 360 250GB, the new console features a number of changes, including smaller design, larger internal hard drive and Wi-Fi 802.11n support. Microsoft also showcased Call of Duty: Black Ops, the latest edition in the popular Call of Duty series.
Microsoft has gone for a more angular look compared to the curvy design of the previous model and a all black design. It is now significantly smaller than the older version, touch sensitive buttons replaces the mechanical buttons for the power and disc eject functions. The console has a single larger fan design instead of the two smaller fans for lower noise during gameplay.
Xbox 360 250GB is available to the US customers from today, while online stores are offering the Xbox 250GB to European gamers for £200, for release on July 16th.
