Yes, its happening – Apple obviously has buried its hatchet with Google Voice based apps. After allowing GV Connect, a  U.S. $3 native Google Voice app for the iPhone yesterday GV Mobile + will now make it reappearance on App Store.

Sean Kovacs, developer of GV Mobile + confirmed this good news on Twitter that the app is coming soon, and has promised to make it free for the night (EST)  if it starts trending. GV Mobile + is priced at $2.99 and supports transcription and playback of voicemails, call initiation using your Google Voice number.
