Google today updated Gmail for iOS, which now supports the iPhone 5′s 4-inch display. Instead of seeing black bars at the top and bottom of the app, Gmail users on iPhone 5 will now be able to see a bit more of their inboxes on their iphones now.

Gmail app for iOS has come a along way since the first app which recieved a lukewarm reception last November, let’s hope that Google will release an optimized iPhone 5 app for YouTube too.
