If you are a observant newspaper reader and subscribe to either The Guardian or The Daily Mail you may have spotted Apple small advertisement stating that Samsung did not infringe on iPad. The statement has been printed in the Guardian in 14-pt Arial font.

Apple was yesterday was reprimanded ordered by a UK Court to  correct their apology to Samsung. The statement appears to be the same statement that it ran on its UK website, minus the additional commentary that originally got the company into trouble.

The revision has yet to surface on Apple’s UK Homepage as ordered. Whether this will be seen as full compliance by the court is unknown at this time.
