Apple’s mobile iOS 6.1 has plethora of issues including connection issues and battery problems and now a security flaw discovered in iOS 6.1 lets people bypass the lock screen of your iPhone.
It was first reported by videosdebarraquito, the process is to make and immediately cancel an emergency call and then hold down the power button twice.
It doesn’t seem to be all that easy to reproduce, though, as a number of people said all they received was a black screen.
A very similar bug affected iOS 4.1 back in late October of 2010. The security issue was fixed in iOS 4.2.
