PayPal introduced “Log In with PayPal” which essentially is a new avatar of its PayPal Access feature for online merchants, the new feature is tailored for mobile devices. Paypal call it’s “commerce identity system” that will make it easy for shoppers to checkout using PayPal, consequently improving the user experience on merchant websites.

It uses the Industry standard protocols including  OAuthto sends payment information to e-tailers through a secure channel. While making a purchase, all you’d need to do is enter your username and password, or phone number and PIN. All other data, such as shipping and billing address and payment information, would then be passed on by PayPal automatically.
