Apple has landed the top spot for customer satisfaction in South Korea, its main rival Samsung ‘s country according to information from Quality Insights.
Quality Insights surveyed 44,168 South Korean smartphone owners, who rated their satisfaction on the phones performance and customer service over a one year period.
Apple’s overall ranking for customer satisfaction was 52 percent, beating Samsung’s 50 percent rating as well as fellow South Korean company LG’s 46 percent ranking. 17 percent of customers who bought an iPhone had any sort of issue with them in the first year of ownership, compared to Samsung’s 31 percent and LG ‘s 25 percent.
