iPhone 4 owners who had not taken advantage of Apple’s free case offer for the ‘AntennaGate’ and filed a class action lawsuit against Apple, were promised $15 checks, instead. The US $15 “AntennaGate” settlement checks have started arriving for qualifying iPhone 4 users.

The lawsuit was filed for “misrepresenting and concealing material information in the marketing, advertising, sale and servicing of its iPhone 4 — particularly as it relates to the quality of the mobile phone antenna and reception and related software.”

Claimants have until July 16 to cash their checks. The deadline for submitting a claim has passed so the folks who missed out the first time around it seems you are out of luck.

Images of the first checks were posted on Twitter, it showed that they were printed on April 17, 2013. They are void after July 16, 2013.
