Samsung announced the Galaxy Note 3 as expected as well as its companion the Galaxy Gear , the successor to the Samsung Note 2 has a few new changes, instead of polycarbonate Samsung has added faux leather to the back and the internals of the Note 3 have been bumped up, with a Snapdragon 800 CPU, 3GB of RAM and a 3300mAh battery.

According to Samsung, the smartphone will be available as Galaxy Note 3 N9000 in those countries where 4G networks are non-existent and as Galaxy Note 3 N9005 in regions covered by LTE networks.
