Twitter advertisers rejoice, Twitter has introduced changes to its ad platform which will let advertisers to target ads to Twitter users based on the words used in the tweets and deliver ads based on those keywords. The feature called ‘keyword targeting in timelines‘, and its available today in 15 languages and all markets.

Prices for Windows 8 powered touch screen devices, including laptops, are set to plunge according to Intel CEO Paul Otellini. Mobile devices based on Intel running Windows 8 currently are at least 60% expensive than Android powered hardware in the same segment.

Google Apps and many of the products within it, including Gmail, Google Docs, Google Chat and so forth are down for many for the past 30 minutes or so. The Google Apps Status Dashboard is denying the outage.
This is not the first time some portion of Google Apps has gone offline, and Gmail has had its share of troubles. Still, both services are up and active far more than these occasional glitches.

Google updated its YouTube app for iOS on Monday, adding a new features like live streaming and the ability to queue videos for TV playback.
According to the update notes listed in the App Store, version 1.3 brings these new features:
Quick access to new uploads for subscriptions via “My Subscriptions” feed on the Guide.
Access to Live streams.

Mozilla will begin selling smartphones running its new mobile operating system this June in nine countries across Continents according to Mozilla CEO Gary Kovacs speaking at AllThingsD’s Dive Into Mobile conference on Monday.

Samsung is going bigger than the 5.55-inch Galaxy Note II for folks who may think that Galaxy Note is not a big enough phablet with two new smartphones with 5.8-inch and 6.3-inch screens. The two phones will be called the Galaxy Mega 5.8 and the Galaxy Mega 6.3.

PC sales registered “steepest decline ever in a single quarter” by falling as much as 14 percent this quarter on a year over year basis according to a report by IDC, who had earlier forecasted a 7.7 percent decline, this is the biggest decline since IDC started tracking the PC market nearly two decades ago.

Rumours of Microsoft prepping Office for iOS and Android has been surfacing at regular intervals, Microsoft repeatedly kept denying those were real, according to a fresh report by ZDNet Microsoft’s Office app will not be on iOS or Android mobile devices until mid-2014.

AppGratis one of the most used discovery app among iPhone users with more than 12 million iOS users have been pulled by Apple from the App Store couple of days ago.
Apple claims it violates two clauses, first banning apps that promote other apps in a manner similar to the App Store, and second forbidding apps using push notifications to send advertising, promotions, or direct marketing of any kind.
