Nokia is making efforts to widen its Windows 8 user base, it has today announced two new Lumia smartphones at the Mobile World Congress in Barcelona. The entry level Nokia Lumia 520 will be priced at US $185 off contract, while the mid range Lumia 720 will cost US $338 .
