Apple had complied and published a notice stating that Samsung did not copy its design, as the result of a court ruling, the Court is not happy with the public statement. Appeal Court judges criticized Apple’s statement, in which it inserted four paragraphs including details of ‘similar German lawsuits’ which the court says are not correct.

Facebook is testing a new variant of its Timeline layout, the new designs halves the number of columns for posts from two to one.
The new design will still carry two columns, the left one is for items like Wall posts, status updates, shared on a user’s profile while the right one is for everything else the user wants on the profile – boxes for Friends, Photos, Places, etc.

The wait is over – Apple fanboys can now order the iPad mini and the fourth generation iPad at Apple’s website. The WiFi only models are expected to begin shipping on November 2. Going by the demand Apple devices generate, it will not be surprising If the shipping date is advanced soon.

Another rumour came true, Apple’s Philip Schiller unveiled the anticipated 13.3-inch Retina MacBook Pro. The new MacBook Pro is 20 percent thinner than the than the previous generation 13-inch MacBook, and it includes a 2,560-by1,600 Retina display with 29 percent higher color contrast and 75 percent reduced reflection.

On Tuesday, along with the iPad Mini, Apple’s Philip Schiller introduced two new versions of its long-running series of iMac, with 21.5- and 27-inch screens. The new iMacs are 45 percent thinner than the earlier version and measure only 5 mm thick at the edge, and are eight pounds lighter.

Apple recent Mac update for OS X Lion and Mountain Lion released this week removes its Java plugin from all OS X browsers.

Google unfinished financial results for last quarter were release accidentally far ahead of schedule today on the SEC’s website Google is blaming the financial printer RR Donnelley for this screw up.
