Nokia has launched an iOS 6 maps alternative named Nokia Here mapping application, for iOS devices running iOS 4.3 and up, the iOS version has the same features which are seen on Nokia Windows Mobile OS like nearby places discovery, but there are also crucial components like transit direction that aren’t present in Apple’s Maps app.

Facebook has officially launched a new feature for helping users discover Facebook Pages, the tool is called “Page Browser,”and was briefly available to users earlier this month.
Page Browser suggestions are tailored based on pages users previously ‘Liked’, and following a new Page simply entails clicking on its icon.

GV Mobile
Yes, its happening – Apple obviously has buried its hatchet with Google Voice based apps. After allowing GV Connect, a U.S. $3 native Google Voice app for the iPhone yesterday GV Mobile + will now make it reappearance on App Store.
Sean Kovacs, developer of GV Mobile + confirmed this good news on Twitter that the app is coming soon, and has promised to make it free for the night [...]

The highly anticipated turn-by-turn navigation application for iPhone, TomTom, is finally out. You can find it in the App Store at the hefty price of $100. This is not very cheap and some people might think of it as too expensive. Not to mention that there is another app that is carrying the same features for just $35.
