Today is the launch day for Apple’s iPhone 4 , unlike almost positive reception and early reviews for previous iPhone models the newest edition device is plagued with issues. Problems with cell phone reception and yellowish discoloration appearing on that new Retina display have emerged.

Its a season of updates from Apple inc. following the release of Apple’s iOS 4 mobile software and Safari 5 in software category and new mac mini and iPhone 4 in hardware. Apple released iTunes 9.2 with loads of new features, most of them to enable compatibility with the pending software update coming to the iPhone and iPod Touch next week.

Despite the snags in online pre-ordering iPhone 4 in U.K, the launch day delivery in U.K. of Apple’s iPhone 4 has sold out in 24 hours leaving late pre-orders to wait until July for delivery. As of 11 :00 am BST this morning – when we tried pre-ordering an iPhone 4 – the UK customers will have to wait until July 2 to get their hands on iPhone 4.
