Facebook is rolling out a Photo Sync feature for iOS users which is already available on Android, the feature allows the user to upload photos directly from the phone’s album to a private album on Facebook.

Nokia has launched an iOS 6 maps alternative named Nokia Here mapping application, for iOS devices running iOS 4.3 and up, the iOS version has the same features which are seen on Nokia Windows Mobile OS like nearby places discovery, but there are also crucial components like transit direction that aren’t present in Apple’s Maps app.

Google said on Monday that a Wisconsin, US federal court has thrown out a lawsuit brought by Apple against Motorola Mobility, now owned by Google.

If you are a observant newspaper reader and subscribe to either The Guardian or The Daily Mail you may have spotted Apple small advertisement stating that Samsung did not infringe on iPad. The statement has been printed in the Guardian in 14-pt Arial font.

iOS 6, got it’s first update when Apple released 6.0.1 update to general public and 6.1 to developers, in this update Apple fixes few bugs that were plaguing iOS devices that were upgraded to iOS 6.

Apple had complied and published a notice stating that Samsung did not copy its design, as the result of a court ruling, the Court is not happy with the public statement. Appeal Court judges criticized Apple’s statement, in which it inserted four paragraphs including details of ‘similar German lawsuits’ which the court says are not correct.

Initial supplies of the new fourth generation iPad have run out on the Apple Store and shipping times have consequently been pushed back to one week. Apple’s new iPad mini were also sold out just after three days.
Wi-Fi + Cellular-equipped iPad models continue to show a mid-November ship date on Apple.com, but both black and white Wi-Fi only models appear to be sold out in all storage configurations.
