Samsung has now trained it’s eyes on iPad Mini in it’s legal battle with Apple,in a court filing On Thursday, the Korean company has asked to include Apple’s 7.9-inch tablet along with the latest versions of the iPod Touch and iPad.

Bad news for all the iPhone 3G owners who were looking forward to Game Center, Apple’s social and gaming networking application, which is included with iOS 4.1. Apple has confirmed that Game Center will work on the second-generation iPod touch, but not on the iPhone 3G.
