Google has given a face lift and updated the layout and look to its Android Market website which is a marketplace for Android developers to sell applications developed for phones running Android OS .
Cosmetically, it’s a tad better than what it use to be , but it still looks very sparse and hideous in comparison to Apple’s iTunes.

It seems that the Apple App Store has finally pulled the plug on all sexual and porno apps. Developers behind such apps have been receiving notifications from Apple that their apps are being removed from the App Store due to a ‘new policy change’.
Many apps including ‘Wooble iBoobs’, ‘Sexy Women’ and ‘Exotic Positions’ have already faced the axe. [...]

News just in; Apple have actually approved the Spotify app.
None of us though it would actually happen.
We’re left wondering if iTunes will replace 7digital as media download partners.

The bad news for today is that Apple updated iTunes to iTunes 8.2.1, putting an end to the Palm Pre-iTunes synchronization. In May, before the official release of Palm Pre, Palm executives stated that iTunes will work with their product. In their opinion, Palm Pre was an iPod.

During iPhone OS 3.0 Beta 5 we wrote an article about how to enable tethering on your iPhone. With the release of OS 3.0 we feel the need to refresh this content.

It’s been rumoured that iPhone 3.0 will have TV and Film Direct Downloads straight to the iPhone, similar to the iTunes desktop service.
This news comes from Open Salon, where you can see screenshots of the iTunes iPhone app going through the motions of trying to download a movie.
