If you remember, in the last post we have discussed how Microsoft’s Bing has included Tweets in its search. This was a partnership between Twitter and Microsoft and their teams. Canadian firm ‘i4i Ltd.’ won a case against Microsoft in the US District Court 60 days ago, claiming Microsoft knowingly use XML technology infringing a 1998 patent owned by i4i.

Publicis Groupe is a French advertising group and one of the largest media companies, with over 44,000 employees. The company has recently agreed to buy Razorfish from Microsoft for $530 million.
