O2 has recently announced its range of new budget-minded mobile and broadband tariff plans. The highlight of the O2 announcement is the new ‘Sim only’ plan for iPhone users which includes Visual Voicemail, unlimited text messages, data and Wi-Fi at just £15 per month for a year.

Palm has just announced that its smartphone sales for 2010 are likely to fall short of the projected targets. Palm has been under severe pressure since last year and has not been able to withstand the growing competition posed by Blackberry and iPhone.

Rumours on the internet suggest that the folks at Research in Motion (RIM) have been working overtime on preparing the Roadmap for the new version of BlackBerry OS – 6.0.
