Apple iPad’s expected shortage and delay in UK has been widely reported and discussed in webosphere, this news has expectedly dampened the spirit of iPad fans waiting to get their hand on the revolutionary Tablet device but fortunately this does not seem to apply to the early birdies who pre-ordered their iPad, few have started getting their iPads a day before the launch.

The twitter bug just refuses to die down. The retweet.com domain which put itself up for sale last month has fetched a massive price of $250,000 in an online auction on Flippa. The sale was hotly contested with as many as 45 bids being placed for retweet.com and the eventual winner outscoring others by shelling out $48,000 more than any other bidder.

A recent report from ‘All Things Digital’ suggests that Twitter is all set to launch its much awaited advertising model. To start off, the advertisements will mimic tweets in terms of character length and will be limited to 140 characters.

Twitter users have been hit by a phishing attack, the direct messages sent out say something along the lines of “This You????”, “hey, i’ve been having better sex and longer with this here” or “LOL this is funny” followed by a link to a phishing site that looks like twitter which then asks you to enter your twitter credentials in.
